It is also a simple way to have a video visit with your doctor or nurse practitioner. You will be given access automatically when you schedule your first appointment with us.

For established patients, both spruce and Elation Passport portal are options for seamless and easy communication with us. You can send and receive messages, view results, send and access medical records, and request appointments. You will need to request access to elation portal after you are seen for your first visit.
